This book lists the Torah mitzvos that can be observed today

First Section – the Positive Commandments

24. It is a positive commandment to speak about leaving Egypt on the 15th of Nissan

As it says in Shemos (Exodus) 13:8, “And you shall tell your son on that day.” The commandment is to teach your children according to their ability. Even if one does not have a son, it is a commandment to speak about it. Anyone that expands on the speaking of leaving Egypt is praiseworthy.

This commandment applies in all places and at all times for men and for women.
