This book lists the Torah mitzvos that can be observed today

Second Section – the Negative Commandments

168. It is a negative commandment “do not practice sorcery”

As it states in Devarim (Deuteronomy) 18:10, “there shall not be found among yourselves… a sorcerer.” Sorcery is using certain kinds of grasses and stones and combining them with other items people use, and other things like this. A person who does sorcery is liable to the death penalty of stoning. It is forbidden by Rabbinic law for a person to ask for something through sorcery.

This applies in all places and at all times, for men and for women.
